Getting Work Done

Getting the work done is a time management method, it is so important that it is even described in many books. This method lies on the idea of moving the planned projects and things out of the mind by recording them externally and then break them into actionable work things. This will allow one to pay attention to take action on tasks, instead of recalling them. At PACE we will teach you how to get the work done using a workflow. The GWD workflow has five stages i.e. capture, clarify, organize, reflect, and engage.
